Fenugreek Leaves Chapaties - थेपले


Ingredients :-

Half Bowl Fenugreek Leaves

One Bowl Wheat Flour

4 Tablespoons Gram Flour

One Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste

Half a Tablespoon Coriander & Cumin Powder

Half a Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Half a Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

One Tablespoon Sesame & Carom Seeds

Four Tablespoons Oil

Two Tablespoons Curd

One Tablespoon Sugar

Salt to taste

Oil for Shallow fry

Let's Start :-

Take all above ingredients in plate, mix them very well.

Add water for kneading, keep a dough aside for 10 minutes.


Make equal parts of dough and make Chapati. Keep frying pan on medium flame. Shallow fry the chapaties.

Try this recipe for morning breakfast with Tea.
