Indian Healthy and tasty breakfast recipes



There's an old saying: 

Breakfast like king

lunch like a prince; 

dinner like a pauper.”

Everyone heard this saying. But, you notice why is it called that. There's reason behind it. 

Morning breakfast provides you energy to improves brain functions, at the same time maintain stable insulin levels.

But, there is some misunderstanding among the people regarding heavy breakfast 

Many people have a misconception that heavy breakfast causes weight gain. But, I think it's not true. Because when you skip breakfast, blood sugar level drops, as a result you feel low or less energetic.

Now, next question is which is the proper time for breakfast ?

The answer is ideal time is 7 am upto 9 am, don't delay your breakfast after 10 am.  

Which is proper food for breakfast ?

No doubt eggs, fresh fruits, sprouts. Besides this in India, statewise there are many different and delicious breakfast is cooked.

Here I start from my Maharashtra. List is big but here I share some popular breakfast names, which we often cook.

Kande Pohe, Upama, Ukadpendi, Nutrient rich - Thalipeeth because it's dough is made of multigrain flour, Sabudana Khichdi, Dhirde, etc.

And we don't waste our left over food, it less nutritious but better than junk food.

Chapaticha Kuskara, Crispy Chapaties, Fodnicha Bhat. But not suggesting you to eat Leftover food.
